This week for my project I created a fakebook! :) I used Mimi Ito's HOMAGO and guest lectures from YouTube to post statuses. She talks about how learning together and also the use of technology can benefit anyone. Research has proved that an average students retention rate is the greatest when they teach others. Peer-based learning is the most efficient way of learning material because you're helping others while helping yourself so everyone wins.Have a great week!

Really cool. I wanna know how you were able to post videos...I tried posting pictures and I wasn't able to. I like how you tried this out though. It turned out great.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was really cool how you interpreted Mimi Ito's thoughts into a fakebook account pretending to be her. I almost thought about doing a fakebook for one of my projects but I thought it would be too much work and I thought it would be hard work. Anyway, good job! Hope you have a good week as well!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very cool thing to do. I remembered Lacy talking about Fakebook in class, but i did not see a way that it would be used. I guess you saw and implemented it effectively. Good job.
